NAFI Connecticut, Inc. seeks a Clinician to provide in-home family therapy for children and adolescents in Rhode Island as part of the FFT-TCM program.
You will develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with kinship and biological families, and work within a multidisciplinary team to support reunification and permanency goals. Our Functional Family Therapy Therapeutic Case Management/Kinship (FFT-TCM) program is looking for a motivated Clinician to provide in-home family therapy services to children and adolescents placed in both DCYF licensed kinship homes throughout Rhode Island. This position offers a high level of clinical training, consultation, and supervision to support quality services focused on reunification, permanency, reducing placement disruptions, and strengthening collaboration with kinship caregivers, and biological families.
