NAFI Rhode Island Ridge Street program seeks a Program Director to provide visionary leadership, clinical insight, and quality assurance for youth-focused services. You will direct daily operations, manage the program budget, and ensure alignment with the agency mission and values while engaging families, funders, and licensing bodies.

NAFI Rhode Island Ridge Street program is a secure home for female adolescents, ages 13-18, who are working through mental health and behavior challenges. Our residential program is designed to provide the structure, care, and community support needed to help young women grow, heal, and thrive. We are currently looking for a highly skilled and dynamic leader. The Program Director will provide visionary leadership, overall quality assurance and clinical insight to achieve the vision and goals for the program’s impact on youth and families.

Salary/Hourly Rate: $68,000 - $73,000 per year
