Job summary

This role involves conducting comprehensive evaluations, providing therapy, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Experience working with behavioral health, mental health, and/or substance use populations preferred.
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches required.
• Associate-level licenses (CSW, MFT, LPCA) may also be considered.

Job description

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Therapist to provide assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and case management services for individuals and families experiencing behavioral health and substance use challenges. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through individual, group, and family therapy while collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, evaluations, and treatment planning.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy services.
• Manage client caseloads and monitor treatment progress.
• Develop and maintain individualized service plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
• Coordinate referrals and connect clients with community resources.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and billing compliance.
• Participate in treatment team meetings, case conferences, and clinical supervision.
• Assist with discharge planning and continuity of care.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and program compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field.
