Job summary

Qualifications

• A master’s degree or higher as a Licensed Professional Counselor or master’s in social work.
• Licensure and certifications to provide mental health care in the State of Texas.
• Knowledge of evidence-based clinical practices and mandated reporting requirements.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to maintain compliance with center policies.

Responsibilities

Job Description:Clinical Therapist – Innova GraceJob Duties and Responsibilities:The Clinical Therapist is responsible for maintaining a caseload of clients and participates in leading groups at the facility. They design treatment plans, evaluate the results for the client and make changes to the plan as needed, oversee client’s trajectory at multiple levels of careand provide weekly clinical reports for insurance review.The Clinical Therapist oversees clinical interventions, participates in consultation and feedback with Director of Clinical Services. Clinical Therapist will ensure proper documentation of clinical interventions are compliant with joint commission standards. The Clinical Therapist is responsible for having knowledge of and compliance with policies and procedures of the center and provides as needed intervention/support to ensure compliance.The Clinical Therapist may be asked to assist in the revision and implementation of these policies as needed to promote therapeutic success of clients and safety of the facility.
