Job summary

The Village Family Service Center in Minnesota seeks a Clinician to join a strong team committed to empowering clients and families. You will conduct diagnostic assessments, develop strength-based treatment plans, and provide direct clinical services to children, adults, couples, and families while upholding high standards of case management.

This is a full-time role with incentive pay based on productivity and licensure level, and you will be part of a supportive organization offering

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health field required.
• Licensure eligibility for LICSW/LMFT/LPCC/LP or progressing towards independent licensure.
• Ability to perform diagnostic assessments and establish strength-based treatment plans.

What we do:

The Village Family Service Center is seeking a Clinician, who would like to join a strong team that is committed to empowering clients and their families.

As a Clinician you will be required to have a master's degree in the behavioral health field with a professional license (ex: LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, LP and will also accept LGSW, LAMFT, LPC if working towards independent licensure). The Clinician must be able to complete diagnostic assessments that identify client's needs, risks and strengths, and establish strength-based treatment plans. It is also necessary to have an accepting non‑judgmental attitude, strong clinical skills with the ability to provide direct clinical services to children, adults, couples, and families while maintaining excellent case management standards.

Pay Range:

Non fully licensed Clinicians starting at $56,000 plus incentive pay and fully licensed Clinicians starting at $61,000 plus incentive pay. Salary range is dependent on experience and licensure. Monthly, Quarterly and Annual bonuses available to qualified staff for meeting productivity goals.
