Job summary

Clinical and Support Options, Inc. (CSO) seeks CBHC clinicians to deliver mental health services at our Gardner clinic, serving children, adults, and families. You will provide individual, family, and group therapy, and help coordinate care across settings.

Our clinicians participate in treatment planning, urgent care access, and psycho-social assessments, with opportunities to work in clinic, school, or community environments. MA licensure and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Clinical Master's degree required with post master experience preferred in treatment of adults, children and/or families.
• Must be eligible for or hold highest level of Massachusetts' licensure in appropriate discipline (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, LADC I, or LABA)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family and/or group mental health therapy for CBHC-engaged clients

• Attend and participate in treatment planning meetings, staff meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and other meetings as required or assigned
• If providing services to children/adolescents, provide linkages to after-school programming and related pro-social activities for referred youth as appropriate
