Job summary

HealthFlex Home Health Services is seeking a Manager, Clinical Workforce Utilization to optimize field clinician staffing in real time. You will coordinate across Talent Acquisition, Clinical Leadership, Care Coordinators, and Intake to balance caseloads and reduce reliance on contract labor.

This data-driven role acts as both operations leader and problem-solver, building dashboards and reports that illuminate staffing gaps before they become issues.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in staffing/scheduling operations, workforce planning, or clinical operations.
• Experience coordinating across recruiting, clinical, and operations functions.
• Strong analytical skills; hands-on experience building reports/dashboards (Excel/Sheets required).
• Working knowledge of home health staffing dynamics and EMR/scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Own daily/weekly staffing utilization targets for all field clinical disciplines.
• Identify utilization gaps and drive corrective action to align capacity with demand.
• Lead cross-functional liaison between Talent Acquisition, Clinical Leadership, Care Coordinators, and Intake.
• Build and maintain utilization, productivity, and contractor-spend reports for leadership review.
• Develop dashboards and scorecards providing visibility into utilization by region and team.
