Job summary

Savant Senior Living seeks a Resident Services Specialist to support Health and Wellness programs across communities. You will consult on complex resident care plans, supervise Wellness Directors, and ensure compliance with regulations while maintaining high standards of safety and wellbeing.

You will travel extensively (up to 75%) to communities, assist with assessments, and drive initiatives that align with company policies and financial goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in RCFE or Assisted Living in a clinical manager role.
• Valid state LVN/RN license.
• Proficient with community software including Microsoft Office, August Health, Quick MAR, UKG; other EHR/eMAR systems experience considered.
• Multi-site business operations experience.
• Documented success in exceeding business financial goals.
• Willingness to travel extensively for the company.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives aligning policies with business objectives, driving outcomes.
• Support, training, and execution of Health and Wellness programs.
• Audit communities to ensure compliance with State regulations and Savant policy.
• Consult on clinical questions related to resident care and community acuity.
• Maintain community care revenue and expenses related to delivery of care services.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding and training Wellness leadership.
• Travel to Savant communities up to 75% as needed.
• Supervise Wellness Directors and manage schedules.
• Develop Health and Wellness standards and policies with leadership.
• Assist Marketing with referrals of assessments.
• Complete detailed recaps and recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain professional communication and represent the company well while traveling.
