Job summary

BayCare Health System in Florida is seeking a Clinical Value Analysis Coordinator - RN to lead standardization initiatives across product, equipment and services. You will guide Value Analysis Teams and collaborate with clinicians to drive timely, data-driven decisions.

The role requires strong contract analysis, stakeholder communication, and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering clinical value and cost-effective outcomes for BayCare and its members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical field required.
• Masters in Clinical field preferred.
• Clinical experience: 4 years required, or 6 years with an Associate's Degree.
• Preferred: 7 years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for facilitating BayCare's product, equipment, and service standardization program to provide the best clinical value and outcomes for the system and its members.
• Guides the individual Value Analysis Teams, Collaboration Teams and Physician Service Line Committees responsible for the system-wide standardization, evaluation, and selection process for supplies, equipment and services.
• Cultivates discussions with clinicians and physicians to facilitate timely decisions and completion of project initiatives.
• Collaborates closely with BayCare's Group Purchasing Organization to provide the highest level of contract coverage for supply, equipment, and service expenses.

• Shift: 8:00am - 5:00pm

• Days: Monday - Friday
