Responsibilities

• Facilitate BayCare's product, equipment, and service standardization program to provide best clinical value and outcomes.
• Guide Value Analysis Teams, Collaboration Teams and Physician Service Line Committees in standardization, evaluation, and selection of supplies, equipment, and services.
• Cultivate discussions with clinicians and physicians to enable timely decisions and project completion.
• Collaborate with BayCare's Group Purchasing Organization to ensure broad contract coverage for expenses.

Position Details:

Responsibilities

• Responsible for facilitating BayCare's product, equipment, and service standardization program to provide the best clinical value and outcomes for the system and its members.
• Guides the individual Value Analysis Teams, Collaboration Teams and Physician Service Line Committees responsible for the system-wide standardization, evaluation, and selection process for supplies, equipment and services.
• Cultivates discussions with clinicians and physicians to facilitate timely decisions and completion of project initiatives.
• Collaborates closely with BayCare's Group Purchasing Organization to provide the highest level of contract coverage for supply, equipment, and service expenses.

Education

• Required:Bachelors - Clinical
• Preferred: Masters - Clinical

Experience

• Required: Clinical - 4 years / Clinical - 6 years with Associates Degree
• Preferred: Clinical - 7 years
