Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education, Counseling or other relevant field plus KY licensure.
• Two to three years of clinical supervisory experience with program management and budget preparation.
• Thorough knowledge of state and Joint Commission licensing requirements.
• Good interpersonal and public speaking skills; strong supervisory abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct clinical and prevention staff, including scheduling, performance reviews, training, and meetings.
• Lead staff meetings such as treatment planning, case reviews, and departmental meetings.
• Plan and implement unit programming; identify trends and develop new programs and services.
• Monitor fiscal performance and maintain related documentation.
• Provide public relations support for clinical programs to partners and community.
• Ensure licensure compliance and participate in licensure reviews.
• Interview and hire staff and address personnel issues and grievances.
• Serve as AODE's designated Clinical Supervisor for programs of responsibility.
