Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• MS Office proficiency; SQL querying experience preferred.
• Foundational SDLC knowledge required.
• Experience in biotech/pharmaceutical or CRO industry preferred.
• Experience with Scrum Software Development is a plus.
• Experience with SaaS delivery is a plus.
• Experience with software systems supporting clinical trials.

Responsibilities

• Identify, document, and communicate requirements across the team.
• Oversee SDLC adherence and ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Translate requirements into technical specs for developers.
• Support system validation and defect triage.
• Lead cross-functional coordination and stakeholder communication.
• Mentor junior Technical Project Managers where applicable.
• Develop risk management and issue resolution processes.
• Drive continuous process improvements throughout project lifecycle.
• Review and approve system documentation and SOPs/WIs.
