QPS is seeking an Assistant Research Coordinator for our Miami, FL site. You will assist the research coordinator in conducting clinical trials, manage data collection, and help with scheduling and communications with study subjects.

You will collect, process, store and handle clinical specimens as needed, maintain accurate records in the Clinical Trial Management System, and support lab and site procedures to ensure compliance and data integrity. Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience as Medical Assistant or allied health.
• Exceptional telephone skills; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Mansioni

• Establish good rapport with potential study subjects.
• Clinical data collection such as vital signs, ECG, height and weight.
• Laboratory specimen collection and processing (as needed).
• Timely recordkeeping of completed study visits in the Clinical Trial Management System.
