Job summary

QPS Holdings LLC in Miami, FL, is seeking an Associate Research Coordinator to support clinical trials by collecting data, coordinating visits, handling specimens, and ensuring accurate documentation in the Trial Management System.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, at least 1 year of Medical Assistant experience, bilingual Spanish and English, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year experience as a Medical Assistant or in an allied health specialty a plus.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Establish good rapport with potential study subjects.
• Clinical data collection such as vital signs, ECG recording, subject height and weight, etc.
• Laboratory specimen collection, processing and shipment (as needed).
• Medical records retrieval and review.
• Timely communication of study issues to the study coordinator.
• Timely recordkeeping of completed study visits & procedures in organization’s Clinical Trial Management System.
