Job summary

Regional One Health is seeking a Research Nurse Coordinator to manage the execution, daily operations, and compliance of multiple concurrent clinical trials within the Regional One Health Research Institute and Medical Research Services.

The candidate will work under the PI and Site Director, applying advanced nursing and research skills to drive study start-up, activation, and close-out while ensuring regulatory adherence and high-quality data collection.

Qualifications

• RN license to practice in Tennessee; required at hire.
• Minimum 3 years clinical RN experience required.
• Minimum 1 year coordinating industry-sponsored clinical trials required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation and daily operations of multiple concurrent clinical trials.
• Ensure compliance with GCP, IRB requirements, and ROH policies.
• Coordinate start-up, activation, monitoring, and close-out activities across studies.
• Serve as liaison between sponsors, investigators, and hospital departments.
• Maintain regulatory binders and prepare IRB submissions and amendments.
• Ensure data quality and patient safety across trials.
