Mission Health, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks a Research Nurse to coordinate clinical trials on site. You will work with investigators and staff to enroll patients, ensure informed consent, and maintain high-quality data across study tools.

You will review study designs with physicians, monitor adverse events, and support regulatory and audit processes while ensuring confidentiality and timely documentation in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Competenze

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Active RN license required.
• Knowledge of federal regulations and GCP.
• Knowledge of medical/research terminology.
• Computer skills including trial databases, EDC, MS Word/Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Coordinate multiple research protocols and liaise with investigators, staff, and research personnel.
• Recruit, screen, enroll, and follow up with patients per protocol.
• Ensure informed consent procedures and protocol compliance.
• Maintain accurate CRFs and electronic data in data capture systems.
• Track shipments and study-related supplies; report adverse events.
• Ensure regulatory documents and source records are complete and organized.
