Job summary

Regional One Health is seeking a Research Nurse Coordinator to lead and coordinate multiple concurrent clinical trials within the Regional One Health Research Institute. Under the PI and Site Director, the RNC applies advanced clinical expertise to trial start-up, activation, and close-out, balancing direct patient care with meticulous data tracking and regulatory compliance.

The role requires TN RN licensure (or compact), 3+ years RN clinical experience and at least 1 year coordinating

Qualifications

• RN with TN licensure or compact licensure required
• Minimum 3 years of RN clinical experience
• Minimum 1 year coordinating study activities in industry-sponsored trials

Responsibilities

• Lead Start-Up, Logistics & Sponsor Relations for trials
• Analyze protocol budgets and coordinate with budget staff
• Ensure regulatory compliance with GCP/IRB standards
• Manage site visits, data capture, and CRF completion
• Provide protocol training and investigator education
