Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator in Winston-Salem to support Wake Forest University Health Sciences - Pulmonology Clinic. Under supervision, you will collect data, coordinate subject recruitment, and manage study operations to ensure protocol adherence and data integrity.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree related field, experience in medical/research settings, and strong communication skills. Full-time, 40 hours per week, 8am–5pm with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Experience in a medical and/or research setting.
• Registered Record Administrator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the principal investigator and health professionals in troubleshooting study-related problems.
• Perform technical procedures on clinical subjects under PI direction.
• Assist with recruitment of patients and track referrals from doctors and labs.
• Maintain patient records, chart conditions, and determine continued eligibility for studies.
• Obtain and interpret data from medical records to understand patient conditions.
• Design brochures, data forms, and reports; create presentation materials for study results.
