Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Project Support professional to assist the Project Leader and Clinical Project Manager with documentation, tracking, and reporting across multiple studies. You will help maintain SOPs, coordinate meetings, and monitor project metrics to support timely, compliant project delivery.

Ideal candidates will have life sciences background, 2–3+ years of experience, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field required.
• Typically 2–3+ years of experience; 4–5 years preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical trials, GCP/ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project documentation, files, records, and reports per SOPs.
• Support periodic file reviews/audit for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate and track information, communications, and materials for projects.
• Manage study-specific eTraining and compliance oversight.
• Update internal systems, databases, tracking tools, and project plans.
• Prepare status, tracking, and project finance reports; assist with invoices.
• Organize and support meetings with study teams and customers.
• Record minutes and actions; distribute and follow up.
• Assist in creating presentation materials and project summaries.
• Coordinate logistics for project team and customer meetings.
• Identify discrepancies in project tracking data and expenses.
• Establish dashboards and monitor metrics for senior management.
• Ensure timely reporting and updates in IQVIA systems.
