The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a science field, 3+ years of relevant experience, and proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical, biological or science-related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in pharma/medical device/CRO environments preferred.
• Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all activities for clinical trials across multiple regions and functions.
• Monitor budget, timelines, and project scope to drive profitability and on-time delivery.
• Ensure project plans, training, and reporting align with Premier Research processes and standards.
