Job summary

The University of Texas at Austin is seeking a Clinical Research Operations Analyst II at UT MAIN CAMPUS to support advanced operational activities across the CTO. This role leads analysis, reporting, workflow optimization, and research systems coordination for the clinical trial lifecycle, reporting to the Senior Manager, Clinical Research Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in clinical research operations, research administration, program coordination, or related healthcare operations roles.
• Experience supporting clinical trial workflows including study start-up, regulatory coordination, and research program administration.
• Experience working with research technology systems such as CTMS, electronic regulatory platforms, or EHR research modules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational workflows across centralized clinical research services focusing on startup, regulatory support, coordination, and recruitment.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards and performance reports for activation timelines and enrollment.
• Assist with configuration, testing, and optimization of research systems and workflows.
• Lead process improvements to reduce activation timelines and enhance regulatory workflow consistency.
• Collaborate with research administration, compliance, and clinical operations teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare operational reports and training materials for leadership and staff.
