Job summary

HonorHealth seeks a Clinical Trial Operations Specialist II to independently manage a portfolio of clinical research studies through start-up and activation. You will build and maintain CTMS/EMR study records, perform quality reviews, and collaborate with investigators to resolve operational issues.

You will report study progress to leadership, mentor junior staff, and ensure timely, compliant execution across multiple trials within a hybrid AZ-based environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or 4 years of relevant experience required.
• Associates or 2 years of relevant experience required.
• Bachelors in Healthcare, Science, Business, or related discipline preferred.
• Experience in Clinical Research Operations with CTMS/EMR builds and study start-up.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio management: oversee trials through start-up and activation.
• Build and review CTMS/EMR study records with quality checks.
• Own study progress and reporting; provide updates for leadership.
• Mentor and collaborate with junior staff and investigators.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
