Job summary

Diasorin is seeking a Logistics Coordinator I to support the execution of clinical studies by coordinating domestic and international shipments, inbound/outbound logistics, and inventory control. This role ensures compliance with global regulations (21 CFR Part 812, CLSI, ICH) and maintains accurate records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare outgoing shipments for domestic and international orders.
• Receive inbound shipments and verify against PO/SOP.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in LIMS and Smartsheets.
• Communicate with carriers to schedule daily shipments.
• Ensure compliance with quality management policies.
