Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments for clinical trials.
• Manage receiving, shipping, reverse logistics, and inventory with high accuracy.
• Prepare shipping, customs, and compliance documentation for regulated materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed.
• Troubleshoot shipment issues and delays to minimize impact.
• Track logistics metrics and identify efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with clinical sites, couriers, brokers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Support corrective actions and adherence to procedures and safety requirements.
