YPrime, LLC, located in Malvern, PA, seeks a Translations Coordinator to join the Localization team. The role collaborates with delivery and study teams to establish localization requirements and manage study language deadlines, ensuring timely and accurate translations across programs.

You will maintain trackers, coordinate with vendors, and oversee language task assignments, testing, and deployment plans.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer-service orientation and experience in a client-facing role.
• Meticulous attention to detail with strong organization skills.

Responsabilités

• Establish localization requirements and meet study language deadlines.
• Coordinate with Delivery and study teams to review and approve study documentation.
• Maintain localization trackers and monitor submission deadlines and site-open dates.
• Provide timely status updates to internal and external study teams.
• Escalate localization updates or impediments as needed.
• Liaise with translations vendors to meet language deadlines.
• Export/import translation test data and ensure sponsor-specific considerations are communicated.
• Participate in system testing to ensure localization requirements are met.
• Work with Operations to identify system bugs and initiate fixes.
• Create and manage language tasks on the Translation PM board and support translation assistants.
• Oversee software releases in development and validation environments.
• Provide localized documents to Sponsors for approval and upload to document management software.
• Plan language deployment with Project Management and external study teams.
• Manage localization testing to ensure timely deployment.
• Prioritize workload and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
