Job summary

Evolution Research Group (ERG) in San Antonio, TX, is seeking a Laboratory Technician to support document management, clinical assessments, and lab functions under the Site Director. You will assist Clinical Research Coordinators and ensure accurate, confidential documentation in line with GCP, ICH, and HIPAA.

The role involves phlebotomy, vital signs, ECGs, data entry, and collaboration with the clinical team to meet study goals while adhering to ERG SOPs and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical Assistant or CNA certification preferred.
• Regulatory knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Proficiency with Word/Excel and clinical data tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain good customer service when interacting with subjects, staff, and sponsors or CROs.
• Perform clinical skills such as phlebotomy, vital signs, and ECGs.
• Collect demographic, medical, and medication history.
• Complete safety assessments for subjects.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations leadership and study team.
• Enter data in Electronic Data Capture systems and resolve data queries.
• Adhere to ERG procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Roles may expand to meet organizational needs.
