Job summary

Evolution Research Group is seeking a Unit Clinician to support Phase I–IV clinical trials. You will dispense investigational drugs, collect specimens, perform venipuncture and ECGs, and document in subject charts under GCP guidance.

Requirements include an LPN license, at least 1 year of clinical experience, CPR certification, and preferred ACLS and phlebotomy credentials. This role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and regulatory compliance within a site team.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved accredited school of nursing.
• Current LPN license in state of practice; maintain license.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience.
• CPR certification required; ACLS preferred for LPNs.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• Knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines.
• Strong communication with providers and staff.
• Proficient in medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Dispense and collect investigational and routine medications while subjects are housed on site.
• Perform protocol procedures including vital signs, blood collection, ECGs and point-of-care tests.
• Prepare specimen tubes and labels, handle blood sample storage and shipping, and ensure specimen accountability.
• Dispose of biological specimens properly and maintain a safe work environment.
• Adhere to ERG SOPs and applicable policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with team to support evolving organizational needs.
