Job summary

Evolution Research Group is seeking a Laboratory Technician for a full-time role in San Antonio, TX. The candidate will assist with document management, clinical assessments, and laboratory functions, supporting Clinical Research Coordinators and the Site Director.

The position requires good organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of medical terminology, with adherence to GCP/ICH/HIPAA guidelines and ERG SOPs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a medical setting/ training and certification as a Medical Assistant/CNA.
• GCP/ICH guidelines and HIPAA knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and confidential study participant documents.
• Phlebotomy, vital signs, and ECGs as part of clinical assessments.
• Collect demographic, medical, and medication history.
• Enter data into multiple Electronic Data Capture platforms and address queries.
• Collaborate with site leadership and clinical staff to meet goals.
• Adhere to ERG SOPs and applicable regulations.
