Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Experience with human subjects training in a clinical research setting is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for interaction with staff, participants, and collaborators.
• Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office applications is required or highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records and assist with data extraction, entry, and submission.
• Assist with participant recruitment, screening, scheduling and conducting visits.
• Support data quality control activities.
• Assist with scheduling and monitoring visits and resolving data queries.
• Request medical records and images as needed for study documentation.
• Assist with bio-specimen processing and tissue requests.
• Schedule research appointments for participants.
• Perform other duties as assigned by project leadership.
