Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact with research participants, sponsors, and regulatory agencies.
• Coordinate studies from start-up through closeout.
• Determine eligibility and obtain consent from participants according to protocol.
• Coordinate collection of study specimens and processing.
• Manage patient and laboratory data, and complete study documents/case report forms.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, prepare submissions, and renew IRB approvals.
• Monitor scheduling, budgets, and billing in collaboration with finance staff.
• Interact with principal investigators to ensure patient safety and study conduct.
• Document and archive data per institutional and regulatory requirements.

Education

Two-year college degree or Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent

Certification preferred (SCRA/ACRP)
