Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required.
• 2+ years of experience in medical education and medical research studies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical trials from planning through ongoing activities.
• Review study requirements and help develop timelines and trial plans.
• Support research participant enrollment and follow-up visits.
• Complete case report forms and maintain source documentation.
• Track investigational medications, devices, and study supplies.
• Prepare and submit regulatory documents and study correspondence on time.
• Organize research workflows, schedules, records, and trial documentation.
• Communicate with sponsors, participants, and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and ensure protocol adherence.
