• Experience coordinating clinical trials from planning to ongoing activities.
• Ability to organize study documentation and regulatory submissions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical trials from study planning through ongoing trial activities.
• Review study requirements and help develop timelines, workflows, and trial plans.
• Support research participant enrollment and follow-up visits.
• Complete case report forms and maintain accurate source documentation.
• Track investigational medications, devices, and study supplies from receipt through return.
• Prepare and submit regulatory documents and study correspondence on time.
• Organize research workflows, schedules, records, and trial documentation.
• Communicate with study sponsors, research participants, and internal research teams.
• Help troubleshoot operational issues and keep studies moving according to protocol.
• Protect participant privacy and maintain confidential research records.
