Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 2+ years of post-graduate medical education and medical research experience
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills
• Experience operating clinical equipment (ECG, spirometers, stadiometers, scales)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical trials from study planning through ongoing trial activities
• Develop timelines, workflows, and trial plans
• Support research participant enrollment and follow-up visits
• Complete case report forms and maintain accurate source documentation
• Track investigational medications, devices, and study supplies from receipt through return
• Prepare and submit regulatory documents and study correspondence on time
• Organize research workflows, schedules, records, and trial documentation
• Communicate with study sponsors, research participants, and internal research teams
• Help troubleshoot operational issues and keep studies moving according to protocol
• Protect participant privacy and maintain confidential research records
