LCMC Health is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to help bring clinical trials to life by coordinating enrollment, documentation, and regulatory compliance. You will work with study sponsors, research teams, and participants to keep trials moving on schedule.

The role emphasizes meticulous organization, strong communication, and adherence to protocols while protecting participant privacy in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in post-graduate medical education and medical research studies.
• Experience operating clinical equipment such as ECG machines, spirometers, stadiometers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical trials from study planning through ongoing trial activities.
• Review study requirements and help develop timelines, workflows, and trial plans.
• Support research participant enrollment and follow-up visits.
• Complete case report forms and maintain accurate source documentation.
• Track investigational medications, devices, and study supplies from receipt through return.
• Prepare and submit regulatory documents and study correspondence on time.
• Organize research workflows, schedules, records, and trial documentation.
• Communicate with study sponsors, research participants, and internal research teams.
