Job summary

Flourish Research in Chicago, IL is hiring a Clinical Research Coordinator to support the Ravenswood site onsite. The role involves coordinating visits, obtaining informed consent, and maintaining accurate trial documentation.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree (preferred) with 2+ years CRC experience and strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines. Compensation ranges from $28 to $35 per hour; standard full-time, non-exempt, 40 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; however, is not required.
• Experience: Preferably a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a CRC, plus 1-3+ years' minimum experience within the field of clinical research or biological research.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and perform protocol visits and procedures.
• Document patient assessments, observations, test results and other study information per regulations and GCPs.
• Obtain informed consent according to regulations, GCPs and IRB requirements.
• Recruit qualified study subjects following ethics, IRB, GCP and ICH guidelines.
• Schedule and conduct patient visits per protocol requirements.
• Maintain source documentation and CRFs.
• Maintain confidentiality and report adverse events as required.
