Job summary

Flourish Research is actively hiring a Research Assistant to support our Ravenswood, Chicago site. The role is on-site, Monday–Friday day shift (40 hours/week) with compensation ranging from $20 to $25 per hour, dependent on experience.

Primary duties include following study protocols, documenting patient assessments, obtaining informed consent, and aiding subject recruitment. You will maintain CRFs, ensure regulatory compliance, and communicate with the study team regularly.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in clinical research methods and regulatory guidelines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams across sites.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand protocols to support patient visits and procedures.
• Document patient assessments, tests, and observations per regulations and GCPs.
• Obtain informed consent and ensure IRB requirements are met.
• Assist in patient recruitment while adhering to ethics and sponsor timelines.
• Schedule and conduct visits as per protocol and timelines.
• Maintain accurate source documentation and complete CRFs.
• Maintain confidentiality per agreements and policies.
• Report adverse events promptly to supervisors and investigators.
• Assist with study materials, equipment, and stocking as needed.
• Communicate with team leaders and site staff; participate in trainings.
