Job summary

Solaris Health Holdings LLC is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support clinical trials under the supervision of Clinical Research Managers. You will administer studies, collect data, inform participants about study objectives, and administer questionnaires.

Responsibilities include data entry, CRF management, subject screening, and coordination of visits, sampling, and documentation to ensure protocol adherence and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of related experience preferred.
• Experience with EPIC software preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject care and data collection procedures in accordance with study protocol and GCP.
• Screen and identify potential subjects for inclusion based on protocol criteria.
• Coordinate and manage the clinical trial, communicate with sponsor and authorities, schedule visits and sampling.
