Re:Cognition Health, located in Fort Worth, TX, seeks a Clinical Trials Administrator/Medical Assistant to support clinical trials and private practice visits. You will work with study coordinators, medical providers, and management to maintain study files and ensure patient flow.

The role requires managing trial documentation, data entry, and patient records, while assisting in infusion and clinical workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science/health field or related discipline.
• Prior administration experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with clinical trials, research or medical practice.
• Experience managing essential documents for trials per ICH GCP.
• Experience with electronic data capture systems (Medidata RAVE, CRIO).
• Experience with phlebotomy, EKG and vital signs collection.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative support to Study Coordinators for ongoing Clinical Trials in Fort Worth, TX.
• Ensure trial activities follow study protocols and ICH GCP guidelines.
• Manage trial documentation and electronic records.
• Maintain accurate patient files and update records.
• Perform data entry and resolve study data queries.
• Assist with study binders and document completeness.
• Verify patient files post-visit for procedures and assessments.
• Assist with subject visit tracking, clinic scheduling, and finance tracking.
• Develop source documents for clinical trials.
• Provide reception coverage and excellent patient interaction.
