Job summary

Velocity Clinical Research is seeking a PER Partner to develop and execute recruitment plans that engage local communities, recruit participants, and retain them across clinical studies.

The role builds relationships with clinicians, screens records for eligibility, and coordinates enrollment with central teams and sponsors. It emphasizes HIPAA compliance and inclusive outreach to diverse populations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse populations and healthcare professionals.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential records and documentation.
• Proficiency in using relevant software applications and EMR systems.
• Bilingual ability is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment plans to engage, recruit, and retain participants for clinical studies.
• Engage with clinicians, establish relationships, and facilitate referrals.
• Screen health records for eligibility under protocol requirements.
• Coordinate enrollment and follow-up activities for participants.
• Collaborate with Sponsor, CRO, and Velocity teams to meet targets.
