Tekton Research is seeking a motivated Patient Recruitment Specialist to support clinical study enrollment efforts. You will work closely with the Recruitment Manager and clinical operations to reach study targets and ensure compliant enrollment processes.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priority tasks in a fast-paced environment. Typical hours Monday–Friday with some weekend coverage may apply.

• Explain study eligibility and screening requirements clearly to patients.
• Adhere to enrollment timelines and scheduling guidelines.
• Identify recruitment challenges and communicate them to the Recruitment Manager.
• Organize daily recruitment activities and prioritize calls.
