• Ability to manage cross-functional vendor coordination and documentation.
• Familiarity with regulatory submission processes (IRB/ERB).

• Support the design strategy for patient recruitment and retention across clinical programs.
• Coordinate across PEER, CDDA and vendor partners to deliver materials.
• Ensure timely delivery of trial materials, with approvals and documentation.
• Contribute to readiness for FPV/LPV and country submissions.
• Provide clear status updates and pragmatic recommendations to stakeholders.
• Identify gaps and propose process improvements to accelerate programs.
