Job summary

Flourish Research is seeking a Patient Recruitment Specialist for our Metairie, LA site. The role is Monday–Friday, onsite, Non-Exempt, with hourly compensation.

Eligible candidates will recruit participants, screen them, and coordinate with the clinical research team to meet enrollment deadlines. Requirements include a high school diploma (college degree preferred) and 0–3+ years in clinical or biological research.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient recruitment or clinical research is preferred.
• Outbound/inbound calling experience is required or preferred.
• Detail oriented and able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and communicate protocol-specific patient visits and procedures.
• Manage high-volume calls from potential study participants.
• Recruit qualified participants into protocols to fulfill enrollment timelines.
• Screen and follow up with potential participants and enter data into CTMS.
• Attend planning meetings and maintain campaign portals and reports.
• Phone screen using inclusion/exclusion criteria per PRG.
• Document medical history and demographics in the database.
• Maintain confidentiality of PHI and study information.
