Job summary

Syneos Health is hiring a Clinical Trial Manager to lead site and central monitoring activities, ensuring patient safety, data integrity and regulatory compliance across trials. You will manage budgets, timelines and cross-functional collaboration with data, recruitment and start-up teams.

The role requires strong leadership, risk management and experience in international trials. Travel up to ~20% and a focus on delivering high-quality study deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Ability to lead and align teams to milestones.
• Experience in international environments and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site management, clinical and central monitoring with emphasis on patient safety and data integrity.
• Assess risks to timelines, quality and budget; escalate to project management as needed.
• Coordinate study start up, recruitment, data management and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain clinical study tools and templates; ensure CTMS and dashboards are usable.
• Provide training to study teams on protocols, CRF completion, SOPs and timelines.
• Monitor resource allocations for CRAs and central monitors; manage study team conduct.
