Neurocrine Biosciences seeks a Contracts Administrator to support clinical trial contract processes, budgets, and site/vendor documentation. You will collaborate with Legal and Clinical Operations to ensure timely execution of CTAs and related agreements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of contracts administration experience.
• Experience with vendors, CROs and clinical sites is a plus.
• Strong budgeting, invoicing and contract tracking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work across multiple teams and meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Support clinical trial contract process and review contracts.
• Ensure on-time processing of contracts through execution.
• Provide legal/clinical operations support and collect documents.
• Administer CRO contracts for outsourced studies; coordinate with CRO.
• Develop CTA templates and budget grids.
• Send CTA templates and budget documentation to sites.
• Submit web requests; coordinate CTA execution with Legal.
• Collaborate with Head of Clinical Operations on MTAs/CDAs.
• Monitor budgets with sites per predefined parameters.
• Coordinate with Finance for budgeting and quarter-end reporting.
• Process invoices for trials and ensure payments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
