Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum five years of relevant business experience in regulated pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
• Experience in clinical trial budgets, site payments and FMV-based negotiations.
• Strong analytical and budgeting skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, negotiates, and executes a variety of agreements.
• Reviews contract language and responds to negotiate contract modifications.
• Maintains contract files and systems.
• Maintains close working relationships with Clinical Operations, Legal, Ethics & Compliance, and CDMA.
• Builds clinical trial site budgets and ensures FMV alignment; develops costing, payment strategies and estimates.
• Drives development and maintenance of Site Fee Framework.
• Sets up, closes, re-opens, and submits payments within grants.
• Reports on budget metrics and performance for visibility and improvement.
