Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related area preferred; CPC, CPC-H coding strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of billing, claims management, and/or Coding experience; clinical trials experience preferred.
• Strong professional communication, organizational and time management skills; presentations and written communication skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve complex clinical trial accounts and ensure charges are billed to insurance or trial appropriately.
• Produce monthly statistics and reports using report writers/spreadsheets.
• Identify workflow issues and provide training and process improvements across departments.
• Collaborate with SBO, Hospital and Yale University to meet financial and compliance objectives.
