Job summary

Qualifications

• Familiar with EDC and TMF platforms and terminology.
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up, organize, and maintain study documentation and files.
• Support startup, management, and close-out of trials and reports.
• Coordinate vendor supplies, inventory, and materials.
• Translate documents if required and track study finances.
• Liaise with sites for requests, enroll logs, and missing docs.
• Prepare meeting minutes and project status reports.
• Maintain databases and metrics for sponsor oversight.
