Job summary

Axsome Therapeutics is seeking a Clinical Trial Associate (CTA) to support trial execution across its portfolio. The role provides assistance to the CTM, field-based CRAs, and sites, ensuring adherence to SOPs, FDA regulations, and ICH/GCP guidelines.

The position is based at Axsome's HQ in New York City with an on-site requirement of at least three days per week; fully remote work is not offered. Salary ranges from $60,000 to $68,000 with a comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; life science preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• On-site work Monday, Tuesday & Thursday; remote not available.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain study trackers (contact lists, status trackers, checklists).
• Ensure accurate data in the CTMS.
• Review documents in eTMF and support trials across all phases.
• Assist the clinical study team during feasibility, start-up, maintenance and close-out.
• Collect and review regulatory documents prior to site initiation and drug release.
• Submit and track documents to IRB; distribute materials to sites.
