The Center for Veterans Issues, Inc. (CVI) is seeking a qualified behavioral health provider, private practice, or behavioral health agency to provide Clinical Treatment services for Veterans enrolled in our VA Grant and Per Diem Clinical Treatment Program in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
This 1099 contract opportunity is ideal for a licensed provider or agency committed to trauma‑informed, recovery‑oriented care for Veterans experiencing homelessness and working toward permanent housing, wellness, and independence.
The contracted provider will work collaboratively with CVI's interdisciplinary team to provide behavioral health assessments, biopsychosocial assessments, individual therapy, therapeutic counseling, crisis intervention, risk assessment, safety planning, treatment recommendations, and clinical consultation. The provider will also participate in service planning, collaborate with case managers, housing staff, VA providers and community partners, and complete clinical documentation consistent with professional, agency, and VA GPD requirements.
CVI is seeking an ongoing contractual partnership. Scheduling, service hours, reimbursement structure, documentation expectations, and reporting requirements will be discussed during the contracting process.
