You will supervise clinicians, ensure evidence-based practices, and deliver therapy to veterans and families while coordinating with leadership for staff training.

The Licensed Clinical Supervisor for the California Veterans Health Initiative (CVHI) reports directly to the Director of Clinical Services – CVHI (also known as the Clinical Director – CVHI). This individual is responsible for overseeing the CVHI program through clinical supervision and providing direct services. Key responsibilities include supervising clinical staff, ensuring treatment protocols and policies are followed, and facilitating regular team meetings to review caseloads and current issues. The Licensed Clinical Supervisor also works with leadership to develop training plans for clinicians and ensures the implementation of evidence-based practices, and they oversee quality assurance, regulatory compliance for client records, and submitting program evaluations and reports. Additionally, the licensed clinical supervisor delivers evidence-based therapy to veterans and their families, performs patient screenings and assessments, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care in support of U.S.VETS’ mission.
